This application provides real-time heart rate monitoring by displaying data measured with the Apple Watch directly on the paired iPhone. To initiate use, open the iPhone app and then launch the Watch app, or do the reverse; both applications will establish a connection promptly and stream heart rate information seamlessly from your wrist to your device’s screen.

Note: The functionality of this app is dependent on the presence of an Apple Watch; it cannot operate independently.

It is essential to grant the app permission to access heart rate data within the Apple Watch privacy settings. If permission was denied or if the app was closed during the prompt, users should navigate to the iPhone’s privacy settings to enable Heart Rate access.

This tool can be employed to monitor workout intensity or cardio fitness levels effortlessly, aiding in maintaining optimal training parameters.

Furthermore, it offers a means for a coach or training partner to monitor your exertion, signaling if your workout becomes excessively strenuous or potentially unsafe.

The Watch app functions in the background, allowing concurrent use with other Watch applications. However, background sessions are limited to approximately one hour; for extended workouts, users will need to reopen the Watch app after this period.
